  • Jivamukti Yoga 300-Hour Certified Teacher
    Co-Founder

Drawn from an early age to rhythm, intense practices, and inner focus, Antoine began his yoga journey in 2015.

Born and raised in the eastern suburbs of Paris, his childhood was shaped by movement and sound. He trained and competed in table tennis at a top national level in France. He also nurtured his deep connection to music, composing and mixing in Parisian clubs during his teenage years. After completing a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and spending a year in New York City, Antoine returned to Paris to co-found wellness ventures like dynamo and TIHHY. Alongside his work, he has been exploring creative design, developing yoga and streetwear clothing lines, and renovating a vintage mid-century home as a personal project.

His first two Vinyasa trainings, in 2021 and 2023, opened the door to a more grounded relationship with the practice. Through inspiring teachers like Conor Byrnes, Ian Szydlowski and Sonia Gabriel, he discovered the Jivamukti method, which resonated instantly on physical, mental, and spiritual levels. In 2024, he completed the Jivamukti 75-hour training with Anna Lunegova, Conor Byrnes, and Yuri Ogawa, and felt naturally drawn to continue studying. He then completed the 300-hour Jivamukti teacher training with his teachers Alessandra Colombo, Camilla Even, Mitch Burnet and Moritz Ulrich.

Antoine strives to approach life with harmony, presence, and peace. He loves to practice, learn, and teach with tranquility, creativity, and deep listening.
